DMCA Policy

Our Commitment

UnoStream respects intellectual property rights and expects its users and content partners to do the same. We respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content hosted on UnoStream infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice to our designated agent containing: (1) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent; (2) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (3) identification of the infringing material with sufficient detail to allow us to locate it; (4) your contact information including name, address, telephone number, and email; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner; and (6) a statement that the information in the notice is accurate, made under penalty of perjury.

Designated DMCA Agent

DMCA notices should be sent to: legal@watchuno.stream We will process valid notices within 10–14 business days and remove or disable access to infringing content promptly.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to our designated agent. Your counter-notice must include: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the removed material and the location where it appeared; (3) a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and (4) your name, address, phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts.

Repeat Infringers

UnoStream maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright in appropriate circumstances.
