We collect your Google account name and email address when you sign in. We collect your approximate location (city/ward level) when you scan the QR code on the homepage — this is used solely to match you with local ads. We do not collect precise GPS coordinates or store your location history.
Your email is used to send you notifications you explicitly opt into (like "go live" alerts from streamers you follow). Your location is used to determine which local business ads are relevant to you. We never sell your data to third parties.
UnoStream is free because local businesses sponsor your viewing session. When you scan the QR code, your ward/neighborhood is shared with our ad system to serve relevant local deals. No personal information is shared with sponsors — only your general area.
We use sessionStorage to maintain your theater session across page navigations. We use localStorage to save your watch history and list preferences on your device. We use cookies only for authentication via Google Sign-In (NextAuth).
We use Google OAuth for sign-in, Supabase for our database and real-time features, and Resend for transactional emails. Each of these services has their own privacy policy.
You can sign out and request deletion of your account data at any time by emailing us. Unfollowing a streamer removes all notification preferences tied to that relationship.
